Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. UPS or USPS Parcel Post (depending on location) and will provided you with timely email communication and delivery confirmation when your order is shipped. USPS Priority Mail usually averages about 2-3 delivery days and USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation averages about 2-3 days as well. Please allow us 2-3 business days from the time you place your order to process & prepare your hair & skin care treats. All of our products are handmade FRESH to order every week to provide you with the best quality possible. Please allow USPS an additional 2-3 business days after our product preparation time (2-3 business days) to deliver your order.
FREE SHIPPING OPTION: while are happy to offer this option. The Handling time takes about to 10 business days to process and additional time for the courier to deliver from 1 to 10 business days. Also the limit is around 50 lbs items Example 1 case of Soda is Free Shipping but 2 cases  weight  a small fee is accessed. If you still wants free shipping you may place a second order (Split the original order)
 At request of FDA (Food Drug Admisnitration) Federal Officials  every single item has a tamper proof label with a Serial number. This sticker is attached to your purchase file at the moment of shipping. Again is tamper proof, if you or someone else remove it, the serial number and hllographic background dissapears. Whey we do that? To trace your items to our suppliers. Same merchandise can be purchase from several channels,; to know that your items iare gennuine from us. To know if our package has been tampered in transit.
Returns & Replacements
Most of our products are food related. Therefore, we cannot refund or accept returns that have been opened, un-opened, used or unused. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your treats so we can provide you with the best customer service solution possible.
All un-opened or unused non-food related products you may return them for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees if any are non-refundable Those orders with Free Shipping will access 25% restocking Fee. We do not cover return postage unless deffective or you received a wrong item, un such case we will send a return label.
Problems with delivery
If your item(s) or package came broken during transport, you will need to file a complain with the shipping company. NO Exceptions. We can help you on that or we can do it for you. You need to take good definition pictures usually with your phone:

  •  the box or container 
  • merchandise broken
  • merchandise tamper proof serial number label and
  • interior of the box so we can show the carrier the extent of the damage

* Pictures at whole frame (no cut off, photoshop, collage or any image manipulation)

Once we receive that complain we can processes either a refund or replacement, if available.

All package are insured and we can not process a complain without the above requirements, and a refund or replacement will not be honored.
